Growing Up

Growing up Chinese in the Midwest meant that I look different than a lot of the people around me. Even after all these years, I'm still trying to figure out how to handle my very thick, long Asian hair. As a child, I usually only settled on a low ponytail, but now I make more attempts to embrace unique and fun hairstyles to suit myself.
